PiNote allows you to select between different styles of visualization and coloring of the code shown on the screen. Plus you can change every single feature of the highligther to get the result you like best. You can access this window from the main menu via Edit => Syntax Scheme Options, or from the context menu that you can open with the right mouse button anywhere in the document in use. The theme you choose will be applied in the same way on all supported languages, but you can change every aspect of every single supported language. For now, the addition of new themes beyond those already defined is not supported (but there are really many). However, you can save the changes you make to a theme and use it wherever you want. These import / export functions of a theme's settings are grouped under the Extra button.
